Ex Tiger Cotton scores against former side in Bulls victory
Former Worksop Town player Glyn Cotton was on the scoresheet for AFC Mansfield to help them overcome Tigers this afternoon.
The Bulls were 2-1 winners in the NCEL Premier battle of Notts sides.
He netted the first goal for the hosts, before Gary Bradshaw - a player well known to Worksop from their battles with North Ferriby in the Northern Premier League - made it 2-0 just after the hour mark.
Tigers substitute Jonathan Fusco made it a nervy ending with his 73rd minute strike but Mark Shaw’s men were unable to find an equaliser.
