Worksop were put in to bat and made 205/6 with Oliver Titterington (50) and Conor Smith (62*) leading the way.

In a tense finish Bawtry got nearer to the finishing line but with wickets tumbling.

Smith claimed 3-24 as Bawtry ended their innings on 205 for 9 for two points each.

It leaves Worksop two points ahead of chasing Clumber Park, who beat Lea and Roses at Middlefield Lane.

Clumber Park made 178/6 with David Beard top-scoring with 52.

Lea and Roses slumped to 127 all out with Luke Bircumshaw (3-18) and Ben Perkins (3-18) doing to damaget to set up a 51 runs win.

Elsewhere, In Championship A, Anston hammered Thoresby Colliery by 114 runs.

Anston made 215/5 with Nathan Crookes (66*) top scoring and Anthony Roddis hitting 61.

Neil Carter (5-23) and Nathan Crookes 3-8 then ripped through Thoresby with some brilliant bowling.

Ordsall Bridon (237 all out) crushed Killamarsh (121 all out) by 116 runs.

In Division 2A, Retford eased passed Wiseton by five wickets after they chased down 148.

Ordsall Bridon II beat North Wheatley with Leverton by a massive 193 runs in Division 3A.

They hit a huge 283/3 before bowling out Wheatley for just 93.

In DIvision 4A, Clumber Park II lost by five wickets to Bawtry after they could only make 101/6.
