Worksop begin Bassetlaw campaign with a victory
Worksop kept Clumber under tight control in the opening overs to leave them 28/0 of 12 overs.
But the wickets started to fall when G.Beard was trapped LBW by H.Taylor for 18, to leave Clumber on 36/1 of 16.3 overs.

Taylor was stumped off the bowling of S.Ahmed with the score at 52/3 off 19.4 overs.
The rain came down with Clumber Park on 66/4 as the match was then turned into a 30 over affair.
Clumber returned with five overs to bat and got their total up to 94/5.
Worksop got off to a poor start as they were reduced to 1/1 when Glaves was trapped LBW.

It became 9/2 when Wicks was out for 0 off the bowling of H.Cox. Hogan was then out for seven as the score slipped to 14/3
But they steadied the ship thanks to a 50 partnership between C. Smith (21) and T. Smith Jnr 24, from 66 balls.
Worksop knocked off the remaining runs with seven overs to left, with T. Smith going on to make a crucial 41.
In the Champsionship A Division, Orsdsall Bridon were beaten by six wickets by Kiveton Park.

Ordsall posted 125 for 2 in a rain affected contest, before Kiveton Park Colliery knocked the runs off.
But Ordsall’s second team restoried club pride when they beaten Kiveton’s second string by seven runs in their Division 3A match.
Ordsall made 164 for 7 with Matthew Makings hitting 60. They restricted Kiveton to 156/7 despite the best efforts of Richard Grainger 48*).
