Blidworth's top order batsmen struggled as they wobbled at 53-5.

But 25 runs from Martin Overton and 20 by Kyle Kirkland steadied the ship to create a better target.

Overton and Joseph Wathall (14) produced a 40-run partnership to tick things along nicely.

Lee Edmondson was the pick of the Worksop bowlers with 3-15 from just 3.4 overs.

Tim Smith Jnr took 2-17 from eight overs and David Hancocks 2-34 from six.

In reply, the wickets of Smith Jnr (5) and Chris Taylor (25) were lost for 37 runs.

Isaac Bailey dug in with a top score of 26, Edmondson contributing 11 as they made an innings-best partnership of 39 between them.

But wickets fell regularly, Simon Wood the only other Worksop batsman to hit double figures. But once he fell at 15, it was all over and Blidworth had wrapped up the winners' 20 points with Worksop at least bagging eight bonus points on the day, five bowling and three batting.
