Marshalls thrash Retford at Cricket Field Lane
MARSHALLS took all 20 points back to Gainsborough after a 145-run victory at Cricket Field Lane over Retford.
Skipper Paul Van den Heuval made 65 runs, and James Deacon 95, as Marshalls made 224 for 5 from their innings.
In reply, Retford were skittled for just 79, as Umar Gondal took 4 for 22, Nathan Plumtree 3 for 40 and Abhishek Rampal 3 for 13, including a hat-trick.
