Close call for Manton ABC fighter Clegg
MANTON Athletic Boxing Club prospect Dylan Clegg just missed out on victory in Scunthorpe at the weekend, after a tough fight.
The youngster took on Ash Rehman from Kingston ABC, with their pair both having won their previous five fights.
Manton coach Dean Eshelby said: “The last was very strong, he caught Dylan with two beautiful hooks in the second round bu Dylan just shook them off.”
“It was a very close fight, but the majority decision went to Rehman.”
“Dylan did really well, it was a good challenge for them both.”
