A new week, a new set of challenges for players of popular Battle Royale game Fortnite to get stuck into.

Completing challenges awards you experience points which will accumulate towards you levelling up your Battle Pass.

Fully unlocking all 100 tiers of this season’s Marvel-themed Battle Pass will reward you with a sought after Iron Man skin for your character.

This week’s challenges aren’t too taxing, and most actually sound rather tedious to complete.

But that’s probably a good thing; with minimal effort you should be able to complete most of them rather easily, and more XP is always good.

Here’s the full list of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 Week 6 challenges (phew):

- Search seven chests at Weeping Woods

- Get three eliminations at Misty Meadows

- Collect 300 Stone From Coral Castle

- Consume a Legendary Fish

- Consume Foraged Items At Holly Hedges

- Ride a Zipline From Retail Row to Steamy Stacks

- Deal damage after knocking an opponent back with Black Panther’s Kinetic Shockwave

- Deal 500 damage to opponents at Slurpy Swamp

Completing any of the above will see you net a tasty 25,000 XP points, though the task that asks you to use Black Panther’s Kinetic Shockwave will score you 50,000 XP!

There is also a new Wolverine challenge to complete this week, which asks you to kill the clawed hero on the game’s Map. Doing so will unlock you the Weapon X emoticon and Wolverine banner.

How to deal damage after knocking an opponent back with Black Panther’s Kinetic Shockwave

In fact, it’s that challenge that is perhaps this weeks’ most taxing and not self-explanatory, so let's provide you with a little bit of a guide.

You’ll need to complete this challenge in one of Fortnite’s recently added Marvel modes.

In these modes, you can pick up various hero-themed superpowers as you compete against other players.

Simply use Black Panther’s Kinetic Shockwave on an opponent once you have it in your inventory and they will be knocked back. Deal damage to them in any other way after this, and you’ll net yourself a tidy 50,000 XP.

This challenge could be a precursor to the introduction of a Black Panther skin to Fortnite, which was thought to be coming much earlier, but may have been delayed due to the untimely passing of Chadwick Boseman, the actor who portrayed the superhero on the big screen.

It would make sense for Fortnite to release that skin either for free, or with proceeds going to a relevant cancer charity, and developers Epic Games have generally been good with not practising shady business tactics seen from their competitors in the past, but we’ll have to wait and see.

How to consume a Legendary Fish

This challenge merits a guide on the fact that since fishing was added to Fortnite, it’s a feature that not many players have taken to.

So while consuming a Legendary Fish is by no means a tall order, you might be unfamiliar with how it all works.

Having said that, it’s actually rather straightforward.

All you have to do is a lot of fishing. So start by landing near some water – preferable one of the larger bodies found on the map – and look for a barrel with a fishing pole in it.

Grab that pole, and once you’ve done that, start fishing. There's not really much more to it than that, just keep on going until you reel in a Legendary Fish.

Once you do, consume it from your inventory and the challenge will be complete.

How to ride a Zipline From Retail Row to Steamy Stacks

Again, this challenge is not hard, but some confusion may arise from the fact that there technically isn’t a Zipline that runs from Retail Row to Steamy Stacks.

Instead, this challenge is referring to the series of power cables that runs from one location to the other with stops along the way.

How to defeat Wolverine

Wolverine can be found wandering around either Weeping Woods or Slurpy Swamp; there's no guarantee he'll be in the same specific spot every match.

There's only one Wolverine per match, and another player may have killed him first, which means you'll have to try again in another match.

Wolverine likes to roam the entirety of Weeping Woods, so finding him there may be a challenge – just try to find a high vantage point to spot him.

If he’s not there, he’ll likely be down at the sewage plant in Slurpy Swamp.
