Youngsters work hard for autism charity

Youngsters have put their hard work to good use to help at the NORSACA charity in Worksop.

The team of young people, aged between 16 and 25, tidied up the outside of the premises on Park Street as well as doing some gardening. The volunteers chose NORSACA’s Work and Learn Centre as their project to contribute to the community.

The Prince’s Trust Team Programme is designed to improve the lives of unemployed young people by improving their self-confidence, their communication skills, motivation and job prospects. They achieve this through community projects and teambuilding activities.

NORSACA provides help and support to families and individuals affected by autism from across Notts, Derbyshire, surrounding counties and beyond.
