Worksop: Woman stole joints of beef from Asda in Harworth on three separate occasions
A Worksop woman pleaded guilty to stealing joints of beef from Asda on three separate occasions whilst subject to a conditional discharge.
Kerry Hall, 29, of Hardwick Road West, pleaded guilty to all three charges at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Friday 28th November.
The court heard that on 10th, 12th, and 13th November, Hall stole a total of four joints of beef, to the value of £42 from Asda in Harworth.
In mitigation, David Verity said: “She has a long history of learning difficulties.”
“She says that she was threatened with violence by a lady in Harworth which is why she did it.”
The case was adjourned until 19th December.
