The Weight Loss Centre, within Ladies Fitness & Wellness on Bridge Street, opens its doors on Saturday 13th July.

Earlier this year it was revealed that Bassetlaw had more hospital admissions for obesity related illnesses than anywhere else in the country.

The Launch event starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm and free health checks worth £45 are being offered on the day.

They are aimed at helping you understand what is going on inside your body and will include measuring weight, body fat percentage, visceral fat, bone and muscle mass, water hydration percentage, speed of metabolism, physique rating, metabolic age and much more.

Once you have this information, a personalized solution for your weight loss goals will be put together.

“Armed with the right programme for you, trained weight loss consultants will be there every step of the way to help and encourage you on your weight loss journey – seven days a week,” said a centre spokesman.

“When it comes to losing weight everybody is different and that’s why a personalized weight loss programme designed just for you is crucial to achieving your goals.”

Products will be available for sampling on the day as well as introductory offers.
