Olivia, 16, and her friends managed to raise £1337.77 for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice at her show, Proud, which was held at the Acorn Theatre in Worksop.

The evening included entertainment from local bands, singers and a dance group from Rebecca’s Dance Studio.

Olivia said they loved every minute of preparing for the event and that knowing the proceeds were going to such a vital cause was important.

Melanie Rose, Fundraiser at Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, said: “We provide specialist care and support for more than 200 children and their families a year, both in our hospice and in the community.

“We’re extremely lucky to have so much support from people like Olivia who help raise awareness and much needed funds of the work of our hospice, which is filled with love and laughter.

“Every penny raised makes a huge positive difference and I’d like to thank Olivia for this fabulous support in memory of Emmie.”
