Worksop: Schools are ocean heroes after increasing pupils’ fish diets

With an 18 per cent increase in Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified schools nationally in the past year, nearly a third of those newly certified schools were from the Midlands according to the School of Fish report published today by the MSC.

Worksop schools have been ahead of the game on sustainable fish since 2011, they are ocean heroes, continuing to lead the way as other regions catch up,” said Toby Middleton, programme director at the MSC.
