Worksop: Royal British Legion announce 2015 Festival of Remembrance date

The Worksop Branch of the Royal British Legion have announced the date for their 2015 Festival of Remembrance.

The event will be taking place on Saturday, October 24 at the North Notts Community Arena in Worksop,

The festival commemorates amd honours those who lost their lives during conflict.

The day will feature The Seaforth Highlanders, Harworth Brass, Girl Guiding Worksop Division, Bassetlaw Scout Association and community singing.

Tickets are available from The Crossings Church and Centre on Newcastle Avenue, North Notts Arena on Eastgate and by post.

Tickets are £7 for adults and £4 for children.
