Worksop: Pupils hosting fundraising event for Kenya trip
Pupils from Outwood Academy Portland are organising a fundraising event to raise funds for their trip to Kenya.
As part of the Team Nakuru Project, 19 pupils will go to Kenya next year to assist in local communities.
Each have to raise £3,000 towards the trip and to help their efforts a fundraising night is being held at North Notts Arena on 1st November, from 7pm.
There will be a pie and pea supper, raffle, auction, disco, dog racing events and a bar.
