A Worksop woman rose to the challenge of undertaking a non-stop ten hour circuit training course to raise money for Dementia UK.
Nicola Warren completed ten hours of non-stop circuit training, from 8am to 6pm, at Ladies Fitness and Wellness gym on Friday, March 18.
She was only allowed to stop for toilet breaks and raised around £650 for charity.
Nicola, who works at the Worksop gym part-time but is also a chef in a care home, said: “Dementia UK is a charity that is close to me as the illness is something I encounter every day in my job.
“Ten hours seems like a long time, but so many people came into the gym to motivate me and that’s what makes it doable.
“I’m so grateful for everyone’s support.”
