Worksop: New sculptures proposed for Bridge Street in the town

Some new artwork is poised to come to Worksop after planning applications to install two new sculptures at either end of Bridge Street were submitted to Bassetlaw Council.

The sculptures have been designed by art students from North Notts College, who used the project as one of their modules.

The project is part of Worksop Civic Society’s plans to bring artwork to the town as part of the council’s regeneration scheme.
