Worksop: Man stole Frosty Jack’s £3.79 cider from One Stop Shop

Roger Scaife, 45, of Potter Street, Worksop, pleaded guilty at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 15th January.

The court heard that Scaife stole the cider, worth £3.79, from the One Stop Shop on Retford Road in Manton, Worksop, whilst subject to a conditional discharge.

Prosecutor, Ruth Snowdin, said Scaife made ‘full and frank admissions’ and that the cider was not recovered.

Scaife, who was supported in court by Framework, was ordered to pay £3.79p compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
