Hosted by David Dickinson himself, it will be a free event that will be filmed by ITV where members of the public can bring antiques or goods that they think could be worth a thing or two.

If you want to take part in the Real Deal challenge, bring your items to Outwood Valley Academy. You could take your money on the spot from a dealer – or if you think the item is worth more, turn the dealer down and choose to sell at auction instead.

As usual, David will keep an eye on the deal and give advice when needed.

Teams of experts will look at every item brought along to the dealer day. If you’re interested in selling your antiques or valuables, bring them along for a chance of getting the Real Deal.

The doors will be open between 9am and 5pm and if you want to sell or purchase then you will need to provide the teams with both photographic ID and proof of address on the day.
