Worksop: County Enterprise Foods to move to town

The company currently has a distribution base in Mansfield, which is proposed to close and move into the Worksop base where they currently make the meals.

Combining the two sites will save the council money but also improve County Enterprise Food’s service.

The company delivers meals across the county and is heavily subsidised by the council.

Notts County Council leader Coun Alan Rhodes said: “We are very keen to keep the service going and it makes sense for the company to be in one place.”
