Worksop: Charity night at the Innings raised over £1,000

A fundraising night at a Worksop pub has been hailed a great success.
The Innings hosted a fundraising charity night in aid of the Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity on Saturday. The Innings pub was the venue for the charity night on Saturday, which was raising money for Western Park Cancer Hospital Charity.

The event was organised by landlords Theresa and Mark Grafton and featured several local bands and singers.

Among the line up of live performers were Monkey Pig, Rikki Aaron ‘Elvis’, Nikki Knight and Andrew Pugh.

The night also featured a raffle, with prizes donated from local people and businesses.

Theresa said the night was a big success and raised £1,067.43 for the charity.

“We are really pleased with how it went,” she added.

“We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who donated raffle prizes and helped to make the night the success it was.”
