Worksop: Cancer survivor will tackle 870 mile bike riding challenge for charity

A brave Worksop cancer survivor will cycle 70 miles across the region to raise money for three separate charities.

Graham Bates will take on the bike riding challenge tomorrow (Saturday 1st August), departing from Harstoft Avenue, Worksop at 9am.

He said: “I would like to thank Halfords in Worksop for getting my bike fettled before the Grand Depart and secondly Dan Cluderay at Approved Foods (http://www.approvedfood.co.uk/) for donating loads of isotonic sports drinks, high energy biscuits, cakes and a few treats to keep me going.”
