Worksop: Appeal for help after shed theft in the town

Golf equipment, children’s toys, gardening equipment, tools and fishing equipment were stolen in the raid after thieves broke the lock on the brick building.

Police say the raid occurred sometime between 2.15am and 4.45am on Monday, 7th April.

Anyone with any information should call the police on 101 and quote incident number 000093-07042014.

A similar incident also took place on Sunday, 6th April when a plastic storage container was forced open in the garden of a property in Forest Lane in Worksop after thieves broke the lock and hinge.

Police say nothing was taken but are keen to speak to those responsible.
