Work on £1.5m development underway
Work has commenced at a lifting equipment manufacturer on a £1.5million development.

The development at the Clowne premise of Penny Hydraulics Ltd will create ten new job opportunities within the next two years.
The firm was founded in 1978 by mining engineer, John Penny, and offered nationwide hydraulic garage equipment and mining equipment repairs.
As Japanese imports started to become more common and the mining industry started to decline, the company diversified into new markets - primarily lifting equipment including cranes for commercial vehicles.
Today, although the core business remains cranes for vans, the company has ventured further into the lifting equipment industry with goods lifts, winches and tyre handling equipment.
