Window is smashed
A 28-year-old man from Worksop will have to pay £115 for throwing a brick through his ex-partner’s window.
Marcus Ashmore, formerly of Rydal Drive, admitted to the offence on 1st October.
Worksop Magistrates’ Court heard how he had seen the complainant earlier that day with another man.

Hide AdCatherine Picardo, prosecuting, said Ashmore got angry then went on his bike to the house on John Street.
Jamie Ratcliffe, defending, said: “They had an altercation earlier that day in the town centre. His intention was to have it out with this gentleman.”
“He admits he picks up the brick and throws it through the window,” Mr Ratcliffe added.
The Bench fined Ashmore £50, ordered him to pay £50 compensation and £15 victim surcharge.
