WIN! Tickets to see local Calendar Girls

The girls from Doncaster’s Ice Productions are no exception. They will be one of the very first amateur groups to perform the play, at Doncaster Civic Theatre from 4th - 8th September.

Ice Productions is an amateur production company recently set up in Doncaster, providing affordable quality theatre entertainment.

Director Ian Coley has over 30 years experience in theatre.

“We have a great cast whose professions cover a vast range including a teaching assistant, optician, dental nurse, retired teacher and a parts buyer,” said Ian.

“The show is simple in its presentation but is proving very challenging from the production side. There are a multitude of props required from a full size piano, plenty of sunflowers and a ‘Mum’ wreath. Not to mention some very large buns.”

The all Doncaster Calendar Girls comes to Doncaster Civic Theatre from 4th - 8th September 2012.

Performance times are 7.30pm and a Saturday matinee at 2.15pm. Tickets are all £10 except Saturday evening which is £12. Call the box office on 01302 342349 to book.
