He has quietly become one of the most successful musicians in the world, performing hauntingly beautiful and evocative music which has topped both the UK and Italian charts, selling more than 1.5 million records.
Even the film world boasts some of Einaudi’s best work, as he has scored music for movies like Shane Meadows’ This Is England and the TV sequel This Is England ‘86, for which he earned a BAFTA nomination. And also Darren Aronovsky’s Black Swan and this year’s French international hit Intouchables.
Tickets for the Sheffield City Hall concert start from £25. The show starts at 7.30pm, doors open 6.30pm.
