Welbeck Winter Weekend was a craftsman's dream
More than 100 craftsmen and women have showcased their wares at The Welbeck Estate in Sherwood Forest.
The estate prepared for Christmas this year with the biggest ever selection of art, food and gifts at its annual celebration of all things handmade - the ever-popular Welbeck Winter Weekend. The free event was held from November 23 to 25. Craftsmen and women were seen all over the estate from The Courtyard at Welbeck to the Victorian Kitchen Gardens. A spokesman from the estate said: “It’s was high quality shopping experience a million miles away from the high street.”
