An hour’s walk, a mile from Owler Bar, and 10 miles from Sheffield, today (Sunday, October 12) threw up great scenery, mist, sunshine, a rainbow...and even deer.

Winter might be just rounds the corner, but Derbyshire, its walkers, cyclists, villagers and tourists are ready for it.
