Warsop man faces dangerous driving trial
A Warsop man will be tried for dangerous driving which led to an accident.
Lee Whitworth, 32, of Ridgeway Terrace, Warsop, denied driving dangerously, when he appeared at Mansfield Magistrates Court, on Wednesday.
The incident is alleged to have taken place on Mansfield Road, Glapwell, on April 13.
Because the court’s powers of sentencing would be insufficient if he is found guilty, he was bailed to appear at Nottingham Crown Court, for a trial, on August 22.
