Video: Worksop Christmas tree festival in full swing at Priory Church

Lots of Christmas trees will be on display at the Priory Church in Worksop as part of their annual festival.

The festival which is open every day 10.30am until 4pm and ends on Sunday 7th December and entry is free.

On Friday 5th December there’s an opportunity to visit till 8pm and share in a mince pie and mulled wine.

Each organisation who have a tree on display, has nominated a local charity they would like supported.

All the money raised, will be divided between the charities at the end.

Fr Nicolas Spicer said: “We have the historic Priory Church open and looking fine, Christmas trees all differently decorated and telling a story.”

“Now we need the people to come and visit and enjoy the fun.”
