Neighbours said a 16-year-old girl is lucky to be alive after being rescued from a house blaze.
Teams from the Harworth and Maltby stations were called around 9.13pm to a house on Main Street, opposite the Blacksmiths Arms pub in Harworth last night.
Two hose reel jets, four breathing apparatus and ventilation equipment was used.
According to reports made by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue from the scene last night, a 16-year-old girl was being treated by the East Midlands Ambulance Service.
Residents said the teen was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene and was making a good recovery.
The stop message for the fire was received at 10.17pm and a spokesman for the service said the appliances were being used for “some time”.
