Santa Claus is coming to town, and – thanks to a new app – to living rooms across the district.

HidemyPresent, developed by Mirfield duo Andy Taylor and Liam Donohoe, helps parents set up an Christmas Day treasure hunt with an accompanying video featuring the man in red himself.

Children solve the clues Santa gives them before finding where their gifts are hidden in their family home.

Andy was inspired to help other families make gift-giving more magical after putting together elaborate treasure hunts for his two sons over the years.

The app is available for free download this festive season, with plans for birthday, Eid and Halloween-themed apps in the coming year.
