Peter, alongside his wife Jessica, set up their own business, Regain Fitness, and their classes are going from strength to strength.

Jessica said: “We offer a friendly, supportive environment for everybody at a brilliant rate and Peter also has extensive training and knowledge.”

Peter added: “I really enjoy it, it’s not really work.”

“We are getting really good results from people.”

“As I served as a GD marine for my whole career, fitness was a big part of my life and now I’m out I would like to pass on my passion and enthusiasm for fitness.”

“I find that exercise makes you feel good and look good.”

All of Peter’s classes take place outside at Morton Playing Field and as well as exercises such as tyre flips, press ups and planks also include fun games including Hungry Hippos and Stuck in the Mud.

There is no need to book in advance for a class.
