UPDATE: Man arrested in connection with Harworth assault released on bail

A man arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after an incident in Harworth which left a man hospitalised with leg injuries has been released on bail.

Nottinghamshire Police said they were called to Dorchester Road at about 9.15am on Thursday after a man was hit by a van. He was taken to Queen's Medical Centre with leg injuries.

A 26-year-old man arrested on suspicion of GBH has been released on bail and inquiries are ongoing.

Harworth
