Four men arrested on suspicion of the murder of Worksop woman Karen Black have been bailed pending further enquiries.
The men, aged 40, 54, 45 and 58 and all from the Cleethorpes area, were arrested yesterday (July 5), by officers investigating her death almost a decade ago.
Police say Karen was known as “Fergie” and may also have been known to some as Karen Etheridge.
She was from Worksop and was last seen on or around Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 November 2006 in Cleethorpes. She was 36-years-old.
The murder inquiry is being run with the support of Humberside Police, following a review of long-term missing person cases in Nottinghamshire.
As officers continue to investigate the circumstances of Karen’s disappearance they are urging anyone with information to call in on 101 quoting incident 414 of 5 July 2016.
