Two crashes on M1 affecting Notts and Derbyshire
TRAFFIC UPDATE: Lanes are closed and others running slow along the M1 after two crashes.
There is severe delays after a multiple vehicle accident on the southbound carriageway between junction 25 (Nottingham) and 24a (Derby) involving an oil spill, causing traffic to back-up to Junction 26 (A610).
And further north on the motorway, an accident between junction 30 (A616) and 29a (Markham Vale) continues to cause disruption in the roadworks area.
