TV licensing
TV Licensing has revealed that more than 170 people were caught watching TV without a licence in Gainsborough during the first six months of 2012.
This compares to 689 in Grimsby, 430 in Scunthorpe and 374 in Lincoln. They are among more than 204,000 people caught across the UK during the first half of 2012.
