Stephen Lowther, 38, of Ropery Road, Gainsborough, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on Wednesday, April 26. He will be sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on May 30.

A Gainsborough man has been remanded in custody until his trial after he was charged with stealing tobacco and cash from Bells Newsagents in Church Street, Gainsborough.
