A SPECIAL charity event to raise money for Help for Heroes has been cancelled.

A 13 mile sponsored kayak ride and walk were set to take place side by side along the towpath of the canal on Sunday 26th August - starting at the Hop Pole in Retford to the Shireoaks Marina in Worksop. All volunteers are thanked for their support.
