Red Arrow crash at Bournemouth

The crash happened at the Bournemouth Air Festival around 1.50pm.

Witnesses reported seeing the plane plunge to the ground in a field at Throop village.

It was one of nine Red Arrows that had earlier taken part in a display over the seafront.

No details are known about any possible casualties.

The Red Arrows are often seen flying over Gainsborough and are based at neighbouring RAF Scampton.
