Thurcroft: Football charity cup money for The Willows
The Willows School in Thurcroft has been handed a £500 boost towards their bid to build a sensory room.
The cheque was from the Rotherham & District Football Charity Cup competition, which raises money every year to give to charities in the Rotherham area.
Mrs Rachael Booth, from the school said: “Keith Hudson, a representative from the cup competition, came to present the cheque and, after having a tour of the school, said that he was glad that they had given us the money after seeing what a wonderful job we were doing.”
