The two vehicle accident happened at the junction of Doe Quarry Lane and Lordens Hill around 6.30pm.
Firefighters from Maltby and Aston Park stations attended.
One of the casualties was a pregnant woman in her mid-thirties.
They were taken to Rotherham Hosptial and Doncaster Royal Infirmary for treatment.
