Three-car smash on A1 in Notts
Emergency services were called to a three-car smash on the A1 in Nottinghamshire this morning.
A VW Golf, a BMW and a Fiat were involved in the collision near the Elkesley junction at around 8am.
The air ambulance and police were called to the scene, but it is believed there were no life-threatening injuries,
The incident caused heavy traffic around the area.
The road re-opened at around 10am.
