Thieves ram raid Gainsborough department store

Thieves reversed a van into a Gainsborough department store before making off with the number of items of clothing.

The white van reversed into the door of Browns Department Store in Marshall’s Yard at 5.50am on Saturday, April 8.

Lincolnshire Police are currently investigating this incident, but no arrests have been made.

Marshall’s Yard centre manager, Alison Hall, said: “With regard to the incident at Browns we would like to thank our security team for responding so quickly and professionally and would urge anyone with any information at all to get in touch with Lincolnshire Police.”
