DRINK driving after a night out has lost a Langold teen her licence.

The court was told how police had been called to a crash scene at around 6am on 18th November on Babworth Road, Retford.

Crowder, dressed in her pyjamas, admitted being the driver of a car which had lost control. A breath test showed she was more than twice the legal alcohol limit.

Defending, Ian Pridham, said she had slept at a friend’s after a night out drinking, but did not know how or why she got into she car, or where she was going. “It’s baffling,” he said.

Magistrates banned her from driving for 18 months and charged her a total of £285 in fines and costs.
