Crews were called to the scene around 9am today (Friday 23rd December) after a passer-by saw the incident.
The electricity board were also in attendance and it doesn’t appear to have done any lasting damage, a fire spokesman said.
Swan hits electricity pylon
A SWAN has died after it was spotted flying into an electricity pylon along Great North Road outside Retford.
