South Yorks: Royal Mail beats delivery targets for Sheffield area postcode
Royal Mail delivered a target-beating performance in the Sheffield (S) postcode area for the first quarter of the financial year with 95 per cent of First Class mail delivered on time.
Nationally, Royal Mail beat its 93 per cent First Class mail target with 93.3 per cent delivered next working day. It also exceeded its Second Class target of 98.5 per cent, delivering 99.0 per cent within three working days.
