Goalkeeper Lewis Price, midfielder Jose Semedo and forward Caolan Lavery are weighing up their options, having been offered fresh terms.

Price, recruited on a free-transfer last summer, featured just seven times for the Owls as Carlos Carvalhal’s side narrowly missed out on promotion.

Semedo, who has made over 150 appearances since arriving from Charlton Athletic nearly five years ago, struggled to command a regular first-team place during the 2015/16 campaign, with Carvalhal preferring Sam Hutchinson, Kieran Lee and Alex Lopez in the middle of the park.

Having been frozen out under Carvalhal, Lavery spent a big proportion of last year on loan at League Two outfit Portsmouth. Coventry City are believed to be keeping close tabs on his situation.

Loan players Joe Bennett, Daniel Pudil, Michael Turner, Vincent Sasso, Alex Lopez and Aiden McGeady have returned to their parent clubs.

Development squad players Ryan Croasdale, Brad Beatson, Ryan Meadows, Will De Havilland, Courtney Wildin and Luke Booker have all been released.
