Sheffield Wednesday: Fitness boost for Owls ahead of Play-Offs
Sheffield Wednesday have received a big injury boost as they step up their preparations for the Championship Play-Offs.
Atdhe Nuhiu is in contention to feature in the first leg of their Semi-Final encounter with Brighton and Hove Albion after shaking off a knee problem.
The giant striker suffered the knock in the closing stages of Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at Wolverhampton Wanderers. As a precautionary measure, Nuhiu was taken off with 11 minutes remaining and replaced by youngster Jack Stobbs.

“This is good for us because this kind of environment, when the more players are fit, it is very positive.”
