Sheffield United: '˜Co-owners know this uncertainty needs to end' says Chris Wilder
Despite revealing he has not held official talks with Sheffield United's hierarchy since complaining the club's ownership issues means it lacks direction, manager Chris Wilder last night confirmed Kevin McCabe accepts his concerns.
McCabe (inset) and HRH Prince Abdullah bin Mosaad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who both control 50 per cent of United’s parent company, are locked in a battle for sole control after their partnership collapsed earlier this term.
Speaking ahead of tomorrow’s visit to Bristol City, Wilder said: “Kevin recognised there has to be harmony and direction to supporters (at United’s player of the year event) on Sunday. I imagine Prince Abdullah is the same.”

Hide AdAccording to a statement published by United, Prince Abdullah launched his attempt “in response” to a process instigated by one of McCabe’s companies four months ago. The Star understands that was an offer to purchase the Saudi Arabian’s stake in Blades Leisure Limited.
